Cancellation Policy

At The Mix Squad, we understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy for consultations: Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the consultation price. No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of the scheduled time will be charged the full consultation fee with no refund. Refunds & Credits Eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days. Clients who cancel within the 24-hour window may request to reschedule once at no additional cost. Emergency Exceptions If an emergency prevents attendance, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
